Biography
A native of Pawnee City, Nebraska, Terry served as head football coach and athletic director at Table Rock and Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer Schools from 1972 to 2005. During that span, he compiled a career football record of 84winsand56lossesandcoachedanundefeatedseasonin1985. In1998, he received Nebraska Coaches Association (NCA) recognition for 25 years of high school coaching. Coach Borcher was named as an East assistant coach in the very first Eight Man All-Star Game in 1978 and later served as head coach in 1988. Over the years, he sent 8 of his players to the All-Star Game, including his sons Garrett and Scott (both of whom were named as the games most valuable player). The NEMFCA is honored to welcome him into the Eight Man Football Hall of Fame Class of 2017.
