He went on to a highly-successful college football career with The University of Nebraska where he became a 2 year starter (as part of an offensive line unit that featured three starters from Nebraska’s Eight-Man ranks). During his time in Lincoln, he played in 3 Orange Bowl games, one of which was for the 1993 National Championship. As a senior, he was named to the All-Big 8 Conference team and was also selected as a 2nd Team Academic All-American. The NEMFCA is honored to welcome him into the Eight Man Football Hall of Fame Class of 2018.
